فَٱصۡبِرۡ
عَلَىٰ
مَا
يَقُولُونَ
وَسَبِّحۡ
بِحَمۡدِ
رَبِّكَ
قَبۡلَ
طُلُوعِ
ٱلشَّمۡسِ
وَقَبۡلَ
غُرُوبِهَاۖ
وَمِنۡ
ءَانَآيِٕ
ٱلَّيۡلِ
فَسَبِّحۡ
وَأَطۡرَافَ
ٱلنَّهَارِ
لَعَلَّكَ
تَرۡضَىٰ
١٣٠
پس [ای پیامبر،] بر آنچه میگویند شکیبا باش و پروردگارت را پیش از طلوع آفتاب [در نماز صبح] و پیش از غروب [در نماز عصر] به پاکی ستایش کن و ساعاتی از شب [در نماز عشاء] و کنارههای روز [در نماز ظهر و مغرب نیز به نیایش بپرداز]؛ باشد که [از پاداش الهی] راضی شوی.
