ثُمَّ
ءَاتَيۡنَا
مُوسَى
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
تَمَامًا
عَلَى
ٱلَّذِيٓ
أَحۡسَنَ
وَتَفۡصِيلٗا
لِّكُلِّ
شَيۡءٖ
وَهُدٗى
وَرَحۡمَةٗ
لَّعَلَّهُم
بِلِقَآءِ
رَبِّهِمۡ
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
١٥٤
سپس به موسى كتاب [تورات] دادیم تا بر كسى كه نیكى كرده است نعمت را تمام كنیم و به این هدف که [حکمِ] هر چیزی را به تفصیل بیان نماییم و رهنمود و رحمتى گردد؛ باشد كه به دیدار پروردگارشان ایمان بیاورند.

Praising the Tawrah and the Qur'an
After Allah described the Qur'an by saying,
وَأَنَّ هَـذَا صِرَطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا فَاتَّبِعُوهُ
(And verily, this is My straight path, so follow it...) He then praised the Tawrah and its Messenger,
ثُمَّ ءاتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَـبَ
(Then, We gave Musa the Book...) Allah
